Returns:

  • Eligibility: You may return any unopened and unused skincare products within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any skincare products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@naturallye.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure that returns are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@naturallye.co.za.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@naturallye.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Sale Items:

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
