Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. Customers will be notified of any significant delays via email. All questions can be directed to support@naturallye.co.za.

Domestic Shipping:

  • We offer several shipping options within South Africa:
    • Standard Shipping: R120
    • Free Shipping: Available for orders over R600 (after all discounts and promos have been deducted).
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the destination of the order.
  • We are not able to delivery to PO Box addresses currently.
  • Please review your shipping information at checkout to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@naturallye.co.za. We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.
  • Your delivery address should be where somebody you trust will be able to accept your order at any time. Anyone at the address can accept the order on your behalf and will be required to sign for acceptance of that delivery on your behalf.

International Shipping:

  • We currently only ship within South Africa. Please look out for new destinations via our social @farrell_teencare.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance). If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Damages and Issues:

  • If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@naturallye.co.za with your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s). We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement asap.

Returns:

  • Our return policy allows you to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
