1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
Welcome to Farrell Naturals.
Farrell Naturals is a brand owned and operated by NaturallyE (Pty) Ltd (“NaturallyE”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.farrellnaturals.co.za (the “Website”), your purchase of products from us and your use of the services made available through the Website.
By accessing or using the Website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms together with any policies referred to in them.
Please read them carefully before using the Website or purchasing products.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform through which we offer our products for sale.
2. USING OUR WEBSITE
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
- use the Website for fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorised purposes;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
- introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or associated systems;
- collect or use information about other users without appropriate authority;
- copy, reproduce or commercially exploit Website content without our permission; or
- use the Website in a manner that infringes the rights of NaturallyE, Farrell Naturals or any third party.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
3. TEEN USERS
Farrell Naturals products and educational content are designed with teen skin in mind.
Some Website activities, particularly purchasing products, creating accounts or providing personal information, may require the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian depending on the user's age and applicable law.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise younger users when they purchase or use skincare products.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, directions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on the Website are accurate.
However, product packaging, artwork or appearance may occasionally change and screen settings may affect how colours appear.
Where packaging shown online differs from packaging received, the product information accompanying the product should be checked before use.
Important: Farrell Naturals is currently updating product packaging, so this wording is particularly useful during your label transition.
We may update product descriptions, packaging, pricing or availability from time to time.
5. SKINCARE INFORMATION AND PRODUCT USE
Information provided on the Website, including information about skincare routines, ingredients, skin concerns and products, is provided for general educational and product-information purposes.
It is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Products should be used according to their directions and warnings.
Where a product recommends a patch test, sun protection or other precaution, customers should follow those directions.
Individual skin responses can differ. If irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
If you have a known skin condition, allergy or medical concern, consider consulting an appropriate healthcare professional before introducing new skincare products.
6. ORDERS
By placing an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
Orders are subject to:
- product availability;
- successful payment;
- verification of order information; and
- acceptance by us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity; or
- quantities ordered suggest unauthorised resale or commercial distribution.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
7. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on the Website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
We may change prices from time to time. A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing or system error and applicable law permits correction.
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed through the payment services made available through our Website. Payment providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
8. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
From time to time, Farrell Naturals may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, gifts with purchase, bundles or other special offers.
Promotions may be subject to specific conditions, including:
- minimum spend requirements;
- qualifying products;
- promotional periods;
- stock availability;
- limits per customer or order; and
- restrictions on combining promotional offers.
Where specific promotional terms are published, those terms apply in addition to these Terms.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to orders already validly accepted and applicable law.
9. DELIVERY
Farrell Naturals currently delivers within South Africa.
Delivery charges, free-delivery thresholds and applicable delivery information are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and/or displayed at checkout.
Delivery dates and courier transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but we will endeavour to assist where a delivery problem occurs.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information when placing an order.

10. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer law.
Change-of-mind returns may be subject to conditions relating to hygiene, whether a product has been opened or used, its condition and the period within which the return is requested.
Different rules may apply where a product is defective, damaged, unsafe or incorrectly supplied.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to exclude rights available to consumers under applicable law.
Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy before returning a product.
11. ACCOUNTS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Where the Website allows you to create an account, you are responsible for:
- providing accurate information;
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login details; and
- notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when placing an order so that we can process your payment, fulfil your order and contact you where necessary.
12. PERSONAL INFORMATION
NaturallyE (Pty) Ltd processes personal information associated with Farrell Naturals in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law, including the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”).

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, the content of the Website—including the Farrell Naturals name and branding, TEENSKIN branding, graphics, photographs, product artwork, written content, videos, designs and other materials—is owned by or licensed to NaturallyE (Pty) Ltd.
You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit or otherwise use our intellectual property without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks and intellectual property appearing on the Website remain the property of their respective owners.
14. REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND USER CONTENT
Where you submit a review, comment, photograph, testimonial or other content to us or through the Website, you confirm that:
- you have the right to submit the content;
- the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- it does not infringe another person's rights;
- it is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive or misleading; and
- it does not contain malicious software.
Where you expressly submit content for publication or promotional use, you grant us permission to use that content for the purposes communicated to you, subject to applicable law and privacy requirements.
We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary.
This is preferable to the existing provision giving the company unrestricted rights to use anything a customer sends you.
15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our Website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, delivery providers, social-media platforms and other websites.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
16. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND ERRORS
We aim to keep the Website available and information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that the Website will always operate without interruption or error.
Occasionally information may contain errors relating to pricing, product descriptions, promotions, availability, delivery charges or other matters.
Where permitted by law, we may correct errors or update information and, where necessary, contact customers regarding an affected order.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under South African law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NaturallyE (Pty) Ltd will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Website or our products where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable.
Customers remain responsible for following product directions, warnings and reasonable skincare precautions.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to a consumer in relation to defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods under applicable law.
This replaces the much broader liability exclusion in the current Terms, including the statement that NaturallyE is not responsible for any adverse reaction to its products.
18. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including significant courier disruption, natural disasters, severe weather, interruptions to telecommunications or technology services, government action or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to communicate with affected customers and minimise disruption where possible.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as severed to the extent necessary without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and your use of the Website are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising any rights or remedies available under applicable South African consumer-protection legislation.
21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, Website, products, policies or applicable requirements.
The current version will be published on this page together with the date on which it was last updated.
