  1. After moisturizing, squeeze 1-2 pumps of sunscreen for your face.
  2. Dab small amounts of the sunscreen onto your forehead, cheeks, nose, chin. Don't forget to apply sunscreen to your neck, ears, and any other exposed skin.
  3. Gently spread the sunscreen across your face using upward, circular motions. Allow to absorb.
  4. You may reapply throughout the day when needed (every 4 hours).
